OUR History

A.L.L. Save Construction was founded in 1992 and with offices being moved to Walnut Grove, CA in 1996. Our first projects in the area involved historic renovation, including Rogelio's Bed & Breakfast in Isleton, and The Pizza Factory in Walnut Grove. We have developed homes and commercial properties near the Historic District, riverfront residences, and public docks.

Before founding A.L.L. Save Construction, Mr. Hamilton was an innovator in the modular home earthquake retrofit market. Today, Larry is leading his company through the next transformation into energy conservation and production strategies. Larry is actively involved in the community previously serving as Vice President of the Board for the Homeowners and Merchants Association. Additionally, he was instrumental in coordinating and hosting the "2002 Olympic Torch Relay" in Walnut Grove, as well as accomplishing many other civic duties. Larry is also a member of the Walnut Grove Rotary and the Delta Chamber of Commerce.  

 

From its beginnings in 1992, energy efficiency has been incorporated into all of our projects consistently exceeding Title-24 requirements, saving clients money and caring for the environment. This tradition of excellence continues as we begin offering energy solutions that improve our community locally, and globally.

OUR TEAM

Larry Hamilton, President/CEO

Mr. Hamilton has been President of A.L.L. Save Construction, Inc. since 1992, and is the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. For the past 30 years, Mr. Hamilton has been actively involved in the construction industry delivering cost-effective and energy efficient residential, commercial and historical renovation projects. Under Mr. Hamilton's leadership, ALL SAVE ENERGY was formed to provide energy solutions for the next generation.

Brad Mosakowski, COO

Mr. Mosakowski is responsible for leading operations.  He brings over 20 years of business operations and executive management experience in both consumer and commercial markets.
